Customer Service team Leader
You will lead and motivate the customer service Agents scheduled on your shift. You will also help your C.S. supervisor in some tasks and projects. You will greet guests at the spa reception desk and on the phone, take reservations and inform them about the services offered.
Full time job.
Costumer service Agent (Full or part time)
As a first contact (on site or by the phone), you will offer to our customers a warm, attentive and efficient assistance and guide them in their shopping care, hospitality and site visit. You will explain and promote our product offers and services, will use the computer and telephone system for the reservations and purchases.
Massage Therapist
You will provide massage therapy treatments according to SKYSPA standards. You will welcome the client, review the health form, perform a treatment according to the technique requested and the client’s needs, accompany the client to the reception and replace the room for the next service.

Cleaning clerk
You will ensure the opening of the site and prepare the start-up of the indoor and outdoor installations: heating of saunas, steam baths and whirlpools. You will ensure the exemplary cleanliness of the site before the arrival of customers (condition and cleanliness of changing rooms, facilities, floors, windows, doors, etc.).
